This is the message that Dorise heard as God pronounced her as the world's greatest poet that ever lived.
Dorise: Father, that is an awesome title for anyone to carry.
Father: Many are called, but I called you the World's Greatest Poet, if anyone calls themself the world's greatest poet know that they are self appointed. Know that I AM called you! And when I announce anyone as anything the whole world will know it!
Dorise: Amen, so it was said so let it be done.

Introduction
Sitting Solitary is all about sitting solitary long enough to hear God’s voice in your busy life and to be able to share what you heard. This book is written under the inspiration of amazing spiritual insight from God: Yoked with the life occurrences of the author. As you dive into the contents of this book you will be inspired, encouraged, warned, and enlightened; insight only the spirit of God can reveal. My poetry mentions current social issues in the context of this book of life in the 21st century that will touch any reader’s heart. This is a journey of sociality, spirituality and sensuality from the prospective of a prophet, poet and child of the king.
God chose to use me in these last days as a poet and chosen vessel of glory. The hardship and dramatic times I overcame helped me write this book. Every life experience contributed. I suffer life threatening turbulences and came out alive, well and sane deserves someone knowing about it. Sharing my traumas and acute awareness may be the meat needed for someone’s survival.
By God’s goodness I will uplift my people every opportunity I get. Building though sharing wisdom and knowledge: Say something so powerful they later reflect on what you said as a platform for change. My poetry will add diversity precept upon precept and line upon line. Poetry so enlightening it’s meant to sharpen you as you read.
God gave us all the ability to judge truthfully between right and wrong coupled with the ability to see or remain blind, to learn or be ignorant, to empower or tear down: To stand up and make a difference or be forgotten in the grave. Accept Jesus Christ and live, deny him and perish. We will all at one point sit solitary long enough to make these types of personal decisions.
The choices I made in Sitting Solitary are clearly stated through the contents of this powerful end time book of poetry from another dimension of writing. Writing spirituality from a poetic sense and expressing words you can only write because that is what you heard. Experiences you can only write about because you went through it.
I am grateful to be used as a vessel that brings glory to his holy name.

Introduction
Like so many people who finally discover their talent to write, I chose to write about my life and share my world through poetry. Poetry, I hope would inspire, encourage uplift all those who dare to journey into my expression of existence. My Poetry is expressed in the simplest form whereas a child my read and understand.
I have gone through so much in my short life; I want to leave a part of me here when it is my time to leave. I have experience tremendous highs and insurmountable lows. I have been poor and homeless, wandering from place to place living outside in parks, motels and shelters for my domicile. Not knowing where my next meal would come from. My heart has been broken on numerous occasions by friends and family members who didn’t know the meaning of love. I have been held captive by the things that happened to me as a child. I was blind to the truth, love and life: I couldn’t see my way to know who I was or why I was living. I thought hurt and pain was a way of life. I have been bruised and misused by people who said they loved me. I was abused, molested, sexually harassed, fondled, deceived, tricked mislead, abandoned, beaten, bitten, broken, torn, ripped and left for dead. For all these reason, I write what I see and what I feel. So, if I could possible say something or write to keep someone from going through the things I have experienced in life, I would spill my guts.
My poetry range from various subjects across the board such as abuse, dreams, erotic, love to society, you choose your favorite ones from either category. Many of the poems are inspired by real life situations. The category of relationship will allow you to sojourn into my personal experiences through lost and found loves and through new and old loves. You will feel some of my joys and or hard ships: perhaps after you read some of the spirituality poetry your soul would be strengthen. My grouping of encouragement poetry is meant to help those who perhaps are discouraged about life and relationships as many of us go through. My determination to live and be successful in life is also expressed through many of the poems in this book.
Three of my favorites are “My Day Has Come’, “A Beautiful Black Women” and “Tell Me Your Pain Little Girl”. I hope you to enjoy these poems as much as I do.
Thanks
